By ruling to overturn this critical right, SCOTUS has made it abundantly clear that if we want to see our reproductive rights protected, we must do it ourselves.

Dear friend,

Today is a sad day in America. The Supreme Court has released its formal decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, and now Roe v. Wade, which once protected every individual’s reproductive rights, has been overturned.

It’s important that we take the necessary time to grieve. From people seeking an abortion, to those who recently suffered a miscarriage and require surgery, to aspiring parents looking to in vitro fertilization to have a child — this ruling affects every single American.

By ruling to overturn this critical right, SCOTUS has made it abundantly clear that if we want to see our reproductive rights protected, we must do it ourselves.

Team: We knew a decision like this was possible. It’s exactly why earlier this year, we decided to invest in a first-of-its-kind ballot measure campaign in Michigan to proactively protect reproductive rights and abortion access.

And when SCOTUS leaked their draft decision overturning Roe earlier this month, we knew we needed to do more. So, we joined forces with our friends in Vermont to run another campaign this cycle that would amend the state’s constitution to protect reproductive choice.

We’ve done the polling – we know if we work together we can run and win ballot measures to protect abortion access too. But we can’t do it without your help.

Please, if you can will you donate whatever you can afford to fuel our work today so that we can build more resources and win our ballot measure campaigns in Michigan and Vermont to codify reproductive rights this November?
