Jack,

Today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, putting abortion rights for millions at risk.

Disproportionately affecting our Black, Brown, Latinx, Indigenous, and Asian communities, this decision is a step back from the equality we seek to create every day.

Historic and ongoing disparities and access to quality health care plague our communities of color. Black women are three times more likely to die of maternal complications than white women, Hispanic women are more likely to experience health complications during pregnancy and childbirth than white women, and across the board, communities of color receive lower-quality health care.

Enough is enough.

The New North Carolina Project proudly stands for North Carolinian's voice and choice to not only who they vote for but their bodies too. The work we do every day, engaging and mobilizing NC’s communities of color, is key to electing strong leaders who will heed our needs, protect abortion access and close historic disparities in our health care system. Jack, can we count on you to chip in $5 right now to uplift the voices of NC’s communities of color and protect reproductive rights?
