Ever since the Affordable Care Act was signed into law, extremist officials have fought hard to stop the expansion of Medicaid.
So we stepped in → Since 2016, we’ve worked with local partners in 7 states to put health care on the ballot and win.
And time and again, voters in red, purple, and blue states voted to expand their access to health care. Our Medicaid expansion efforts have brought affordable health care to more than 875,000 people all over the country. Here’s the state-by-state breakdown:
[Outline of Idaho] 90,000+
[Outline of Maine] 70,000+
[Outline of Missouri] 230,000+
[Outline of Nebraska] 90,000+
[Outline of Oklahoma] 200,000+
[Outline of Utah] 150,000+
NEXT UP → South Dakota. We’re working with local partners, including doctors, teachers, and farmers, to win Medicaid expansion at the ballot box this November. The ballot measure would deliver health care to over 40,000 South Dakotans.
[Outline of South Dakota] 40,000+*
