Justice Democrats

John,

Since this is a grassroots-powered organization, we want to be transparent with you about where we’re at on our fundraising so far this month. Here are our numbers as of this morning, compared to last month:

Time Period Amount Raised
May $136,263
June $74,077
Difference - $62,186

As you can see, we’re quite a bit behind where we were at this point last month. We’re working every single day to transform the Democratic Party from the inside out. While the DCCC backs out-of-touch incumbents, we’re fighting to help elect more leaders like AOC, Cori Bush, and Rashida Tlaib.

We’re up against the political establishment in both the Democratic and Republican Parties, which is why grassroots contributions from supporters like you are so important. We’ve gone up against corporate-backed incumbents and won — but in order for that to continue we really need to catch up on our fundraising this month.

Will you make your first contribution right now to help us catch up on fundraising this month? If a bunch of people chip in even $3, then we can make significant progress on these numbers today.

Contribute

Look, we’re not going to send you any terrifying, DCCC-style “the sky is falling” emails. There is no reason to kiss all hope goodbye. And we don’t have any generous donors to QUADRUPLE MATCH your donation.

But, we will politely ask you to contribute if you can afford it, so we can keep our work going and keep providing critical organizing help and other campaign services to our Justice Democrats running for office.

Please contribute today. Every single contribution will make a difference in helping us reach our fundraising goal before the end of the quarter.

Thank you for your solidarity,

Team JD

Do not worry if you cannot afford to make a contribution — we understand that this is a difficult time. If you’re struggling, you can find a food bank here. We appreciate everything you do to keep our movement strong.
