Hi there — it’s Emily, Evan’s wife. I know we don’t normally reach out on Sundays, but I just had to make an exception for this special day.

I wanted to wish you all a happy Father’s Day. For Evan, today is only his second Father’s Day. Last summer, Evan and I got married. And since, Evan has made our family whole, stepping up to be the dad our five kids needed. He loves them, inspires them, has fun with them, and has brought joy to our lives that we didn’t have for years.

Sure, our circumstances are unique. But that doesn’t stop Evan from loving our kids the way fathers do.

Evan has dedicated most of his life to serving others, and he’s done the same for our kids. Their needs are a priority to him, even during a busy campaign.

That’s another reason why I’m so glad you’ve decided to support Evan’s candidacy and join this movement. You’re able to get a small glimpse of the kind of man we’re so lucky to have in our lives.

I know there’s still a long way to go in this campaign, but with your continued support, I’m confident the rest of the country will soon witness the leadership and commitment to service Evan has brought into our home.
