Hi John, this is Bob from the campaign. It’s a Friday night so I’ll keep this short:

As you know, we’re fighting to give a voice back to the 1/4 million democrats in this district whose voices were gerrymandered away by the Republicans.

It’s an uphill battle, but we’ve beaten the odds before when we flipped GA Blue – but it took every one of us to make it happen.

And that’s why I’m reaching out to you tonight: we’re just hours away from our critical mid-June fundraising deadline, and we’re $4,231 short of making it.

Unless we close that budget gap by tomorrow noon, I simply won't be able to fight back, pull ahead, and win this race. Because frankly, we’re running this campaign the right way – without a dime from Super PACs or Special Interest Groups – but that means I rely on grassroots support from folks like you.
