John,
It’s always such a joy to be in community with NARAL volunteers and I hope to see you tomorrow, Saturday, June 18th for Black Bodies for Black Power: 2 Days of Action for Abortion Access. [[link removed]]
We’re marching to the Supreme Court to fight back against the biggest threat to Black lives at this moment—attacks on our fundamental freedoms, including the right to abortion.
I really hope to see you tomorrow—this is our chance to support our reproductive justice partners in the ways they’ve asked us to get involved:
Sign up to volunteer to ensure other Black people can participate. [[link removed]]
Show up in person to listen and follow Black Reproductive Justice leadership and their movement. This is not the time for handmaids, coat hangers, or any other tropes. Decenter your experience and listen to how abortion bans will impact Black communities.
It’ll be a beautiful day to march with Black Bodies for Black Power—forecasted temperature in D.C. is 79°.
Thanks for all you do for reproductive freedom,
Travis Ballie

John,
I wanted to share the below email from NARAL’s Southeast Campaigns Director, Alicia Stallworth, and express my excitement about this important moment in our movement to center the experiences and stories of Black people and draw focus on how attacks on abortion will impact Black communities.
I hope you’ll show up either in person or online this Saturday, June 18th for Black Bodies for Black Power. [[link removed]]

John,
I’m excited to share that this Juneteenth, NARAL Pro-Choice Georgia is supporting our reproductive justice partners to bring awareness to how abortion bans disproportionately harm our Black communities.
Join NARAL GA, Black reproductive justice leaders, civil rights leaders and other Black leaders in Washington, D.C. this Saturday, June 18th for Black Bodies for Black Power: 2 Days of Action for Abortion Access. This Juneteenth is about centering and amplifying the lived experiences and stories of Black women, girls, queer & trans people, gender expansive people, those living with disabilities, and others who have been historically pushed to the margins as we continue to fight for abortion access and reproductive freedom for every body.
I hope that you’ll join me and NARAL GA members this weekend as we rally and march. It’s never been more important that all of us—no matter what we look like or where we come from—are united in our fight for our fundamental rights and freedoms.
I hope to see you in DC this weekend!
In solidarity,
Alicia Stallworth(she/her)
