This Father's Day...
Dear ,
Sadly, approximately 80 percent of children in the black community won't celebrate Father's Day because their fathers are not involved in their lives.
We have known for decades that the family structure in the black community has been decimated because of government dependency, leftist ideology and apathy to academic excellence.
At TakeCharge, we stress the importance of returning to our cultural roots of faith, family and education, starting with encouraging fathers to take an active role in their children’s lives.
Over the past year, your support has allowed us to amplify our message in a variety of ways.
This year for Father’s Day, we have produced a video explaining how a father’s presence in the home leads to stronger, more independent children, higher graduation rates, and is a catalyst for an overall culture shift in the black community.
Our message is more important than ever.
As a supporter, we are excited to give you a preview of our newly produced video and thank you for your support.
With your continued help, we will be able to reach members in our community who need to hear this inspiring message and impact lives.
Happy Father’s Day!
Sincerely,
Kendall and Sheila Qualls
