Instead of doing anything constructive to stop the killing after 19 children were murdered in Uvalde, politicians have spent the last few weeks shifting blame, lying, and doubling down on their opposition to help solve this major problem.
Our governor stole $500 million out-of-state funding for mental health to fund his political stunt at the border, but that’s not stopping him from blaming “mental health” as the only problem. We must certainly address that along with providing the right framework for responsible gun ownership. Saving lives is what’s at stake here!
We need to hold the House or we could see this kind of thinking spread all over the country.
