We are sure you are all aware of the baby formula shortages that have been taking place the last few months now. We are saddened to say that this issue hasn’t gotten much better.
While Republicans had their heads in the toilets blaming Democrats for an issue caused by supply chain problems, legal restrictions, and so on, Democrats were getting to work on fixing the issue.
On May 21, 2022, President Biden introduced a bill named the
Access To Baby Formula Act that eases restrictions on certain baby formulas for low-income families covered by Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children can purchase.
On the other side, you see the GOP Party,
192 House Republicans to be exact, raging yet another war on low-income women. They voted against Biden’s bill, they voted against children, and they will continue to do so.
They say they are “pro-life” but they don’t want to feed our children? It’s shameful.
When will enough be enough? Let's keep up the good fight, friends.
