My heart breaks for the victims of the Uvalde shooting.

We’ve got to find an answer to this apparent mental health problem affecting young people in this country.

But that doesn’t give the Left the license to exploit these children’s deaths in order to pass some of the most Unconstitutional gun laws our country has ever witnessed.

Let me spell it out for any Democrat in earshot – I spent 40 years of my life putting on my Marine Corps uniforms, putting my life and many other soldiers' lives on the line to defend the ENTIRE Constitution, not a part of it, and not Joe Biden’s warped version of it.

My oath was to DEFEND the Constitution, and last time I checked, the 2^nd Amendment was still in the Constitution—it’s absolutely “ABSOLUTE”.

Well, guess what buckaroo – if we let 18-year-olds sign up to serve in our Armed Forces and shoot the automatic versions of these guns overseas, I think we damn sure better let them own and own civilian versions when they’re back home to protect their communities and families!

But that’s the problem. The Left always tries to incrementally take away our 2^nd Amendment rights.

Grandpa Joe, Pelosi, The Squad, and every other bleeding heart in Washington has just got it wrong on the 2^nd Amendment. They think it’s only for hunting or self-defense from a burglar.

They’ve got it ALL wrong. The 2^nd Amendment is in place to preserve and protect the other 9 Bill of Rights!

Just look at what’s happened in Canada and Australia when they’ve taken their guns away. These two countries were some of the most extreme in suspending civil liberties once their citizenry no longer had gun ownership. I still shudder when remembering the church services broken up by Canadian police during COVID.

Unlike what Biden said, the 2^nd Amendment is ABSOLUTE and it ABSOLUTELY must be protected. I dedicated my whole career as a Marine to keeping every Amendment to our Constitution “absolute” and I continue to do so as a member of Congress.

But we’re seeing a fight to gut the 2^nd Amendment like none other. Which is why I need you on board, full-bore, fighting alongside me to remind Biden that “shall not be infringed” means what it says.
