Friend, now that we know who our opponent is, we have even more insight into what will be on the ballot come November.

I know we talk about building our line of defense before November quite a bit, but Lindsey only won her last election by 793 votes. That means that our path to victory is going to be a tight race — and we’ll need all hands on deck to hold the line for her seat in Harrisburg.

Can you chip in today to help lead us to a victory on Election Day?

Lindsey’s opponent has been a member of Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives since 2019, but earlier this year, she was drawn into an unfavorable district. Now, she’s put a target on Lindsey’s Senate seat — and if we don’t fight to protect it, our state could very well be rolled back into the Dark Ages. Here is how our records compare:

• Lindsey’s opponent has voted to increase the amount of public tax dollars going to private schools. That will result in increases in your local property taxes, cuts to property tax relief funds, and elimination of public school programs’ tax credits for students to attend their school of choice. Lindsey Williams has consistently voted to invest our tax dollars into strengthening our public school system for all Pennsylvania students.

• Lindsey’s opponent voted against employer-provided insurance coverage for contraceptives — and voted in favor of Texas-level abortion laws. Meanwhile, Lindsey is a proven pro-choice leader, fiercely advocating for safe access to abortion and necessary family planning measures.

• She’s voted to prohibit transgender women from playing on school sports teams from kindergarten to college. Lindsey has fought at the frontlines to expand equal rights for our LGBTQ+ students and neighbors as a member of the PA Senate’s LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus.

• Lindsey’s opponent has voted to disempower workers by limiting the ability of public sector workers to collectively bargain for wages, benefits, and safe working conditions. Lindsey is the prime sponsor of the Workplace Freedom Act, which would strengthen these rights and make it easier for workers to form their own union.

We’ve got to dig deep to rally around our community and our values to win in November. Friend, can we count on your support to defend Lindsey's seat and protect our values in the Pennsylvania Senate?
