Hello there,

This fall, Trump went before the U.N. to announce new initiatives promoting "religious freedom" and countering religious persecution. And now he's trying to claim support for religious freedom by tying foreign aid to a country's record of treating religious minorities fairly.

This coming from the same president who immediately enacted a Muslim Ban as soon as he came into office rings of hypocrisy.

This coming from the same president who wants to allow companies to fire workers if they don't practice the same religion rings of hypocrisy.

This coming from the same president who wants to allow discrimination against LGBTQ+ people because of "religious beliefs" rings of hypocrisy.

Of course, he could just be doing all this to ensure his white evangelical base turns out in 2020. We're wondering what American voters think:
