Ohio activists and volunteers have been in the fight of their lives to stop the latest extreme bills being pushed by their state’s anti-choice legislators.

Earlier this month, anti-choice lawmakers in the Ohio state legislature introduced a TOTAL ban on abortion — one that could sentence people who get an abortion and their providers to death.¹

(Take a minute to process the hypocrisy of the so-called “pro-life” camp sentencing multiple people to death for accessing or providing abortion care.)

Uninformed, anti-choice politicians have also been pushing several other dangerous anti-abortion bills, including one that promotes dangerous lies about abortion and could charge abortion providers with third degree felonies, and another that pushes the medical myth of “abortion pill reversal.” ^2,³

NARAL activists and volunteers in Ohio are ready to combat these dangerous bills and stop them in their tracks. From driving hours across the state to meet with legislators, to showing up at committee hearings, and protesting outside the capitol, Ohioans are ready to hold anti-choice politicians’ feet to the fire for these attacks on our fundamental freedoms, but a little encouragement could go a long way.
