declared a winner in Jessica Cisneros’ TX-28 runoff because it’s still too
close to call. The only person that has declared victory in TX-28 is Henry
Cuellar, and we’re going to make sure that every single vote is counted.

Jessica’s race is not over, and a recount is looking more and more likely.

There are still outstanding ballots that need to be counted, and we’ll
make sure that every voter in TX-28 is heard. But Jessica has poured every
