The stakes are clear. Americans realize their democracy has tools to save their rights — and they are using them!

Team,

When the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade this summer, it will be up to the states to ensure there are policies in place to protect patients and providers. And the states are responding now.

The campaign we helped organize in Michigan to put abortion rights on the ballot is inspiring campaigns by and for voters all across the country. RIGHT NOW → advocates and activists in California, Ohio, Vermont, and Washington are all also considering similar measures (!!)

FUEL OUR WORK IN MICHIGAN

The stakes are clear. Roe is likely to fall, extremist legislators continue to pass abortion bans, and the path forward lies with us, team. Americans realize their democracy has tools to save their rights — and they are using them!

Our Fairness Project team plans to support as many of these campaigns as we possibly can. Will you join us by contributing now to help us fuel more reproductive rights ballot measure campaigns this November, friend?

Congress has failed to act. SCOTUS has failed to act. So it’s time to take the deciding power back to voters and let the people secure their own abortion rights in America. This is simply too important for us not to do. We’re mobilizing to respond when called, but we’ll need resources to fight back. Will you contribute to this effort to save abortion rights at the ballot box, team?
