In 2021, injuries at Amazon warehouses and logistics facilities in New York climbed 64%, according to a new report from the National Employment Law Project.
Over the last few years, board members of the nation’s second largest employer voted to approve hundreds of millions of dollars in executive pay while the company’s injury and turnover rates soared and management cracked down on historic unionization efforts in Alabama and Staten Island.
At Amazon’s annual shareholder meeting this Wednesday, we will say enough. Join me in calling for accountability at Amazon.
