Henry Cuellar has super PACs that are spending millions of dollars to try to help him win on Tuesday, but we’ve seen in Pennsylvania’s 12th district where Summer Lee just defeated a corporate Democrat, that it’s possible to overcome that super PAC spending with grassroots power.
