A few days ago, Josh Shapiro won the Democratic primary race to become the governor of Pennsylvania, which means that in the midterm election on November 8, he will be facing off against Doug Mastriano. Just who is Doug Mastriano?

>He is a staunch supporter of an abortion ban with no exceptions, including incest, rape, or even medical emergencies.

>He was a leader of massive anti-science rallies at the beginning of the pandemic, gathering thousands of people in what can only be described as a series of super-spreader events.

>One of the most alarming facts? Doug was AT the capitol insurrection on January 6. Not only did he condone and promote this attack on our democracy, but he was one of the people that passed over the barricades and descended on our halls of Congress with the violent mob.

On the other hand, Josh Shapiro has spent his career representing integrity and equity by bringing people together and solving tough issues facing us today. He is exactly the kind of leader our country needs, and we know that if he is elected to be the governor of Pennsylvania, he will champion accountability and compassion.
