John,

The Supreme Court is expected to rule on New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen in the next couple of months – and it could roll back our gun safety laws.

In this case, the Court is considering whether or not to reverse New York’s open carry ban. If they rule it as unconstitutional, it could open the door to potentially reversing other gun safety laws in New York and across the country.

John, we need to be prepared for the worst-case scenario, which means we need to be able to mobilize at a moment’s notice. We rely on our supporters like you to help us do this. Can you chip in $10 or more today to help fuel our movement to end gun violence?

With the Court’s leaked draft opinion on Roe v. Wade, we know they are willing to ignore legal precedent and strike down our basic human rights – and we need to be prepared to take action when it happens again.

If the Court rules in favor of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, it will allow more guns in more public places and weaken the gun safety laws we’ve fought hard for. We cannot let this happen without a fight.

Chip in $10 or more today to help fuel our work to end gun violence, John.
