Living in Florida in 2020, I saw firsthand the many ways Ron DeSantis put his political ambitions over Floridians, failing dramatically on public health and civil rights. I was inspired to start my organization, Remove Ron, to accomplish two things:
1.
EXPOSE
the
DeSantis
administration,
making
sure
Floridians
know
the
truth
about
their
governor.
2.
REMOVE
Ron
DeSantis
from
office
by
electing
new
leadership
and
a
government
that
serves
the
people
of
Florida.
And the people responded. Folks from all around the U.S. stepped up and joined our cause, because they could see how dangerous Ron DeSantis and his administration are to our shared future. But I quickly realized starting Remove Ron wasn’t enough…I had to do more. I had to take our fight right to this administration.
That is why I am now running for Florida Attorney General.
Here’s the thing: folks like Ron are given a political playground when emboldened and protected by those around them. An Attorney General is supposed to be there to protect the public interest, but Ron DeSantis has his own “yes” person and personal attorney in our current Attorney General Ashley Moody.
Right now, we have the opportunity to show Ron DeSantis and Ashley Moody the door, but I can’t do that without your help. We’re a campaign powered by grassroots folks just like you, and guess what, the other side is NOT. Instead they have a war chest funded by corporate and special interests like big tobacco and Florida Power & Light.
We are already seeing their money FLOOD our state to buy the Governor and Attorney General races from voters. We need to keep up to compete and REMOVE Ron and Ashley Moody from office.
