Friend, we are lucky that California has made great strides in making voting more accessible.
Since the 1950s, grassroots organizations similar to VoterPAC have pushed persistently for reform. That’s why it shocks me that California voters STILL do not reflect the diversity of its people.
According to the 2020 Census, 39% of California state residents are Latino and yet only 27.9% of registered voters identify as Latino.
There is still more crucial work to be done. And that’s where we come in.
I’m here to tell you that the change we want to see in California is possible BUT relies heavily on grassroots organizations, neighbors, and friends. Friend, we must get people to vote.
We cannot allow Republicans to continue to block our hard work to secure voting rights. We MUST support our Democrats who are on the front lines trying to pass legislation that would protect our sacred right.
We are working on the ground knocking on doors to register voters as quickly as possible, but we can’t reach our goal of flipping the Central Valley blue without your help.
The June election is just ONE month away. Will you pitch in your $15 now to say you support all Californians having a voice?
