All of our 2022 target races are critical to putting the nail in the coffin for Trump and Trumpism. We’re going after them with everything we’ve got, but we can’t do it alone. Are you with us?

Friend, we aren’t done with primaries, not by a long shot – but one of the most interesting target states in the country has multiple Congressional races we believe are critical to the success of the pro-democracy coalition this year.
You’ve probably heard that redistricting is basically a wash – Democrats took a few late legal losses but ultimately the new maps are not going to condemn us all to a GOP landslide. (Other factors like general incompetence from Washington might, but we’re going to fight like hell to prevent that).
In Pennsylvania, there are three districts that might flip the House – or allow Democrats to build a xxxxxx against the MAGA wave. Want to help us win Pennsylvania’s three key races in the House (and their statewides?) Pitch in today. <[link removed]>
PA-8: As one of the 13 congressional districts across the nation which was won both by Trump and a Democrat in the House, this one is critical to Democrats’ efforts to retain their majority in the House. Since Pennsylvania’s delegation in the U.S. House of Representatives is narrowly divided; congressional elections in the state will play a decisive role in determining which party controls the majority of the delegation in Congress should the 2024 POTUS race be decided on Capitol Hill. Think the Republicans aren’t looking ahead to that eventuality? Then you haven’t been paying attention.
PA-7: Situated north of Philadelphia along the New Jersey border, the district sits smack dab on the “Bannon-line” in the Lehigh Valley. The outcome in the 7th, and the make-up of turnout in the district, will have implications beyond the House race including the potential to impact up the ballot in the U.S. Senate and Governor’s races. Can we repel the Republican assault in the suburbs and exurbs?
PA-17: The swing nature of the area and the changes in the district’s makeup, coupled with the importance of retaining the seat for Democrats makes this a marquee House race in 2022 in Pennsylvania and nationally. Generically, the redrawn district favors Democrats by less than 2% – making it one of the most organically competitive seats in the nation and the most in the state. This is where we come in – that 2% margin is where The Lincoln Project’s focus will make the difference for Democrats.
We’re creating a special pro-democracy Midterms Fund where everything we raise is going to go to contacting voters in these key swing districts, in both Pennsylvania and nationwide.
Are you ready to help us win Pennsylvania and across the country? We need your help. <[link removed]>
Thank you for keeping us in this fight.
