I had a great time at Monday’s televised PBS debate, and I think I showed AZ-04 voters why I’m the best choice to take on Greg Stanton in November.

This isn’t going to be an easy primary election. Tanya Wheeless and Kelly Cooper are formidable candidates… which makes it sad and embarrassing that they couldn’t be bothered to show up to the PBS TELEVISED debate. They clearly aren’t ready for the big stage.

Defeating Greg Stanton isn’t going to be a walk in the park. He’s the incumbent, backed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and will have millions in his war chest courtesy of Washington PACs and lobbyists.

Our party’s nominee will have to be strong to flip this House seat. We can’t nominate someone who doesn’t have the courage to debate their fellow Republicans on TV.

To show the growing strength of our campaign and that I’m our party’s best choice to defeat Greg Stanton in November, I’m setting a goal to raise $10,000 by the end of the night tonight.
