Last week’s leak of the opinion in the Mississippi abortion case made it clear: there are five votes on the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade. It’s easy to give in to despair in times like these, but now’s not the time to give up — abortion is still legal, and we're going to fight like hell to keep it that way.

We’ve partnered with Planned Parenthood Action Fund, UltraViolet, Women’s March, and MoveOn for a nationwide Day of Action to demonstrate that the American people won’t back down from this fight.

Now more than ever we need to get loud and in the streets to demand action from our elected leaders to protect abortion access by 1) ending the filibuster, 2) passing the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify the right to abortion into federal law, and 3) passing the Judiciary Act to expand the Supreme Court.

The American people are counting on Congress to protect their constitutional rights, it’s time to deliver.
