This webinar is intended for practitioners with some prior familiarity with special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS). This webinar will cover issues that arise after your client has been granted SIJS, including possible grounds for revocation of the I-360 and eligibility for adjustment of status based on SIJS. We will provide practice tips for helping young clients navigate the often-protracted process of awaiting visa availability and seeking SIJS-based adjustment of status.
