Hi John, Pride Month is just around the corner, and as much as it’s a celebration, it’s also a time to prepare for the work ahead as we strive for policy change to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people. As recognition for our accomplishments thus far, I invite you to take a moment to prioritize all that you love through an estate plan.
Estate planning can seem overwhelming, but it’s of particular importance for the LGBTQ+ community, as incomplete plans have historically been used as a form of discrimination. Writing a will is an act of care for the people and communities we love. I hope this resource makes it a bit easier.
