CONTRIBUTE >> PROTECT ABORTION RIGHTS

The Senate is preparing to vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) tomorrow, team. This bill would codify reproductive rights and preserve legal access to abortion.

BUT, because of petty politics and partisan gridlock in Congress, WHPA is likely to fail.

The good news (!!!) is that there are still ways we can preserve abortion rights at the state level. In Michigan, we are working alongside a coalition of organizations to put reproductive freedom on the November ballot and codify abortion rights into the state constitution once and for all.

High-powered legislators will be casting their vote on the Senate floor tomorrow — a vote that is basically symbolic. During that time, we will be acting for abortion access.

We’re invested in running more campaigns just like the one in Michigan to secure reproductive freedom for *all* but we’ll need your support. Will you contribute now so we can do this, team, and codify abortion rights at the state level for even more communities?

Senators know WHPA is likely to fail but are still pushing a vote. Even so, where they falter and stall, direct democracy and ballot measure campaigns can deliver on abortion rights.

Simply put, our team in Michigan is doing the hard work as Congress gives up.

Putting forth more ballot measures just like Michigan’s around the country will become imperative in the event that SCOTUS completely overturns Roe, and millions are left without its legal protection. So we’re asking you to be a part of this mission and help us run campaigns everywhere they are needed. Will you contribute and join us on this, team?
