There’s a lot to say about working from home. Some love the flexibility and increased family time it allows, while others long for the structure and comradery of cubicle life. One thing is certain: When working from home, the line between our work and family lives become blurrier than ever. Who among us hasn’t been distant during bath time because a looming deadline is bouncing around in our brain? Or who hasn’t found themselves bathed in the glow of a laptop late into the night because parenting tasks pulled them away during the day? It happens.
