Let’s make one thing clear: we are tired of Democrats in office who do NOTHING to advocate for the protection of Roe v. Wade and we need them to wake up and realize we are in crisis mode. We know you are too. It is time to get people in office who are talented, diverse, and who will actually fight for reproductive justice. It’s time to elect people willing to say the word abortion! So often, this word is omitted out of fear of losing votes, when in reality, protecting abortion access is popular among the majority of Americans.
What are we doing?
Well, we’re not just here to complain. We’ve got good news from BTE: candidates like Daniel Ortiz are fighting — loudly — for reproductive rights.
Daniel is supporting a local abortion fund in Toledo and calling on friends and neighbors to do the same. He has been gathering a lot of support and momentum is growing, in large part because of his bold leadership and commitment to fighting for his values. He is the kind of person we need in office. He is a true ally. Can you imagine the difference we would see in our world if we had more people like Daniel Ortiz in office?
