John , you've undoubtedly seen the news that the Supreme Court is overturning Roe v. Wade. It is easy to feel despair at this moment, but now is the time for us to organize and fight back.
The reality is that the extremist Supreme Court filled with Trump appointees will never stop trying to strip away OUR reproductive rights across the country. We do not have time for excuses and empty promises.
We need results, not rhetoric.

We must pack the courts. There is legislation before Congress right now that would expand the Supreme Court, adding four seats to the most powerful judicial bench in the country. I’ll be frank, my opponent is one of its co-sponsors. But there is a distinct difference between simply signing your name onto a piece of paper and organizing around and fighting for vital legislation with everything you’ve got.
When I get to Congress, I’m not going to sit back while others do the heavy-lifting. I’m going to put my organizing and activist skills to work, end the filibuster, and pass legislation like the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021 and the Judiciary Act of 2021.

It is not an exaggeration to say that the fight for reproductive rights, voting rights, and the future of our Democracy hinges on this next election. The cold, hard truth is that the GOP is targeting this seat in no small part because current leadership has been asleep at the wheel.
We cannot risk another low turnout election in Nevada's First District. We need leadership that will excite the base and turn out the vote. We need leadership who understands the urgency of now.
I am running to end the filibuster, expand the court, protect reproductive rights, voting rights, and so much more.
Will you support my effort to bring authentic, working-class leadership to Capitol Hill? [[link removed]]
