In the coming weeks, the U.S. Supreme Court could overturn the constitutional right to abortion guaranteed by Roe v. Wade and allow states to ban abortion.

Even with Roe in place, the right to an abortion is a right in name only for millions of people—due to systemic barriers and abortion restrictions that disproportionately target Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities, and people with low incomes.

With so much at stake, we must take bold action. It's up to us—you and me, {FirstName}—to protect and advance the freedom to decide and elect and re-elect reproductive freedom champions.

That’s why NARAL is partnering with Planned Parenthood Action Fund and EMILY’s List to collectively raise and spend a historic $150 million [[link removed]] to elect reproductive freedom champions up and down the ballot, from state legislators, to attorneys general and governors, to U.S. congressional races.

We’re teaming up to send a clear signal that we’re going big for this election and getting ready to engage and turn out millions of voters for reproductive freedom candidates in key states and around critical ballot initiatives.

The campaigns will collectively reach tens of millions of voters in critical election states like Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, California, Kansas, and Wisconsin.

Our goal? To vote out lawmakers who threaten our fundamental rights—including reproductive freedom.

Make no mistake: Abortion will be on the ballot this year and our electoral work is critical in sending an unmistakable message to politicians who have run roughshod on our freedoms: When you come for our rights, we’ll come for your seats.
