If we win this historic campaign this November, not only are we expanding life-saving health care to over 40,000 South Dakotans, but this measure would also save our state $1.3 billion over the next five years alone.

Hi there,

Allow me to introduce myself — I’m Zach, the campaign manager for South Dakotans Decide Healthcare. Today I wanted to talk to you about how the Fairness Project is helping us fight for expanded Medicaid coverage this November — a measure that if successful, would do so much for thousands of South Dakotans.

But before we get into it, will you make a donation to the Fairness Project today so that they can continue to fuel campaigns like ours and win even more progress at the ballot box this November?

If we win this historic campaign this November, not only are we expanding life-saving health care to over 40,000 South Dakotans, but this measure would also save our state $1.3 billion over the next five years alone.

Friend, South Dakotans want this. Just about two-thirds of voters in our state have shown support for this measure. When our state officials failed to act during session earlier this year, they made it clear: If we as voters want the progress we need, we’re going to have to take matters into our own hands. And friend, we did.

Thanks in large part to the Fairness Project, we’ve secured our spot on the ballot this November. But the job is only half-done — now, I am working alongside organizers and advocates here in SD to pass this ballot measure, and deliver on our promise to expand health care.

So I’m asking: Will you give anything you can to the Fairness Project today to help them fuel campaigns like ours and win even more life-changing policies directly at the ballot box this November?

EXPAND MEDICAID

Thanks, friends!
