Every worker deserves the power and the benefits of a union. The House of
Representatives recently passed the PRO Act (Protecting the Right to
Organize Act of 2021) and now the Senate must pass it as well.

The PRO Act will increase protections for workers who are unionizing their
workplaces. Unions are the backbone of the middle class and it is so
important that workers are able to collectively bargain.

and are pro-union?

Henry Cuellar voted no on the PRO Act, and doesn’t fight for workers’
rights. I want our country’s workers to know that I will always have their
backs. Unlike my opponent, I’ll honor your work and fight to pass the PRO
Act making it easier to join unions. South TX deserves a real champion for
working class families in Congress.
