I just had a phone call and the team gave me some updates:
1. Right now, we’re just 17 days away from the primary. We just made major investments in launching our TV ads, printing more yard signs, and mobilizing our organizing teams across Kentucky. We’re giving it all we got to make sure we show off the strength of our movement on May 17.
2. But they also just informed me that we’re still a little over 200 donations short from reaching our end-of-month goal tonight.
I told the team that I trust y’all to pull through and help make sure we have the funds it’ll take to get through this primary + show Rand Paul we’re ready to take his seat.
I'm on the way to an event, but before I get out of the car, I have to ask…
Will you please chip in $5 or anything you can right now to help us reach our end-of-month goal? We want to raise 7,500 grassroots contributions of any amount to fund our people-powered campaign. The deadline is midnight tonight so I'm really counting on your support.
