When Democrats Turn Out

Hey there,

There’s a reason that awful, unresponsive, obstructionist members of Congress get re-elected. There’s a reason Republicans have a chance at winning back the House -- gerrymandering.

Take Jim Jordan’s district, Ohio 4. House Republicans transferred him to the Intelligence Committee just for the impeachment hearings to shout lies and distractions at every possible opportunity. He doesn’t need to worry about being proven wrong on live television day in and day out because his district looks like this:

That duck of a district means Jim Jordan doesn’t need to prove basic competency in order to win re-election. It’s time to end partisan gerrymandering, and ensure that every vote is valued.

Congress has the ability to outlaw partisan gerrymandering, but they have refused to do anything. Join us in calling on our lawmakers to pass legislation that ends this voter suppression before the 2020 census gives the GOP another chance to steal seats across the country and silence even more voters.
