I wasn’t expecting Trump to come to Ohio and play nice, but wow—that rally really was a special kind of awful, wasn’t it?
Donald Trump attacked me personally this weekend, saying Republicans "can't take a chance" when it comes to running against me.
Trump knows how important winning Ohio is. His wading into our race means more attack ads, more dark-money, and a tougher environment in an already competitive race.
So, I’m counting on this grassroots team to help me respond to the far-right’s outlandish lies and baseless attacks. We need to hit our $30,000 goal in less than 24 hours to compete with JD Vance and Trump’s MAGA fundraising machine.

Trump's rally really tells us everything we need to know about JD Vance. If he wins, we sure as hell know that it won’t be hardworking Ohioans in the driver’s seat—it’ll be his rich far-right buddies.
But that doesn’t change our goal: we need to stay focused on talking to folks all across the state and show them that there’s a better way forward.
But folks, getting our message in front of voters isn’t cheap. Will you pitch in toward our fundraising goal so we can flip Ohio blue and FINALLY cut workers in on the deal?
