We've got some big news, team!

Our ballot initiative to decriminalize marijuana and ban no-knock police raids in Austin (Proposition A) has now been endorsed by the Austin Chronicle AND the Austin-American Statesman!

This is huge. Early voting is underway RIGHT NOW and will run until May 3rd, and Election Day is Saturday, May 7th. Our organizers are working hard to turn out every voter possible before then—but we need your help to get this initiative passed.

Can you chip in $25 right now to help us decriminalize marijuana and ban no-knock police raids in Austin? With your help, we can pass this initiative next week! [[link removed]]

Team, we’re so close to passing this initiative. We’ve shown Texas that progressive policies are popular policies—and that when we make progress at the local level, we can mobilize voters like never before. That’s what Ground Game Texas is all about: making progress from the ground up.

Austin is just the start. We are running campaigns in NINE cities across Texas—pushing policies on climate action, higher wages, legalizing marijuana, and more! These campaigns are helping to expand the electorate, drive turnout, and deliver progress for our state.

If you can, pitch in $25 in this final stretch–help us decriminalize marijuana and ban no-knock police raids in Austin. Every contribution helps us pass this initiative. [[link removed]]

Thank you,
