John—

A stunning new poll of Maine voters finds that Susan Collins' approval rating has fallen to 35% — even worse than Trump's in the state.1

We're not surprised. For decades, Susan Collins has told voters that she supports abortion rights and would defend Roe v. Wade. But when it really mattered, she stabbed women in the back — and the voters of Maine — by casting a decisive vote to confirm anti-choice Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

We're staffing up a campaign office and hiring an organizing team in Maine to recruit and train the volunteers we'll need to defeat Susan Collins in 2020. Will you make a donation?

Yes, I'll make a donation of $15 to NARAL Pro-Choice America PAC to defend abortion rights and defeat Susan Collins.

One thing is abundantly clear: Susan Collins is in deep, deep trouble.

Out-of-state, right-wing millionaires like Leonard Leo — the anti-choice activist who recommended Brett Kavanaugh to Trump — are pouring money into her campaign to try to bail her out. But it's not working. Collins's opponent, pro-choice champion Sara Gideon, out-raised Collins last quarter with the help of a flood of small donor contributions.2

Voters in Maine are furious at Susan Collins, and she deserves every bit of their anger.

She said she wouldn't vote for a Supreme Court nominee who would put Roe at risk, and then she did — not only casting the deciding vote for Kavanaugh, but also giving a speech from the floor of the Senate announcing her vote by distorting his record and attacking pro-choice advocates who had supported her in the past.

Senator Collins said it was "absurd" to think that Brett Kavanaugh would overturn precedent and repeal Roe.3 And yet the Supreme Court just announced that it will hear its first abortion rights case since Kavanaugh was confirmed, on a Louisiana law that is identical to the law that the Supreme Court struck down in the Whole Woman's Health case in 2016.4

One poll could be a fluke. Two polls is the beginning of a trend. We now have a whole series of polls all showing the same thing: Voters in Maine are outraged at Susan Collins.5 Now we need your help to vote her out.

Donate now to help secure the resources needed to fund a campaign office on the ground in Maine to defeat Susan Collins in 2020.

Thank you for all you do for reproductive freedom,
