Declining fundraising right now makes it really tough to win our remaining primaries against the Democratic establishment.

Justice Democrats

John,

We are 7% behind our average monthly fundraising pace this year.

Here’s why that’s a big problem: Declining fundraising right now makes it really tough to win our remaining primaries against the Democratic establishment. And our next two primaries are less than a month away!

We don’t take money from big Wall Street donors or corporate PACs, so it makes it that much harder to catch up when our fundraising falls behind. But we won’t ever take a cent from corporate PACs, because we’re fighting for the people, John.

Our average donation this year is just $17.70. We’re proud of that. It means we need a lot of small-dollar donations to fuel our primaries.

Justice Democrats started when Bernie 2016 staffers asked: How can we elect a Congress full of people who will fight for Medicare for All, canceling student debt, and much more. We’re building up our Justice Democrats bloc in Congress, but we can only expand the Squad if we have the grassroots support we need to win even more races this year.

John, can you help us increase our fundraising at this critical time? Below average fundraising won’t cut it at a time like this — please chip in $3 if you can.

AOC, Cori Bush, and Jamaal Bowman have shown how we can change politics by winning primaries against the Democratic establishment. The entire Squad has shown what real progressive fighters look like compared to House leadership.

We’ve already won one race this year — when Greg Casar won his primary in Austin, TX. We have two primaries to win in May, Summer Lee and Jessica Cisneros. And two more in June, Rana Abdelhamid and Kina Collins. Then we have general election races to win.

We have a lot of work to do and need the funds to go up against the corporate-backed establishment.

That’s why we’re asking, John: can you make your first donation to Justice Democrats today? $3 or anything at all will help lift our fundraising at a critical time.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
