John,
Every worker deserves the power and the benefits of a union. The House of Representatives recently passed the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act of 2021 and now it’s headed to the Senate.
Henry Cuellar voted “NO” on passing the PRO Act twice — a bill that seeks to expand workers’ rights and secure critical labor protections for workers all across this country. He made it clear that he’d rather put the needs of big corporations over the safety and dignity of Texas workers.
Texas workers deserve a representative who will fight for their needs — not the needs of big corporations. John, if you’re on the same page, will you add your name right now to say that you support the PRO Act and are pro-union?

Henry Cuellar was the ONLY Democrat to vote “NO” on this necessary bill to protect American workers.
As the daughter of a laborer and a former union member myself, I know what labor unions have to offer. They give union representation and collectively advocate for health and safety protections. Not all workplaces have unions, leaving employees vulnerable to work hazards and exploitation.
I want our country’s workers to know that I will always have their backs. Unlike my opponent, I’ll honor your work and fight to pass the PRO Act in the Senate to make it easier to join unions. South Texas deserves a real champion for working-class families in Congress.
I am proud to have the support of many local and national unions because I am ready to unseat anti-union Democrat Henry Cuellar. That’s why I’m working harder than ever to win the nomination in May. If you’re ready to join the fight, will you add your name right to join us in saying that the Senate must pass the PRO Act?
