A Georgia lawsuit is trying to bar Marjorie Taylor Greene from running for Congress.

Citing the 14th Amendment, they argue that no person who takes part in an insurrection or revolt against the government should be allowed to serve as a Member of Congress.

Of course, Marjorie was a key participant in the January 6th Capitol Riot which left 5 dead.

She called the rioters “patriots”, happily gave them tours of the Capitol when they were plotting the attack, and voted to overturn the presidential election.
