Team:

Amendment C will appear on the ballot in South Dakota this June. So let us tell you exactly just what this means:

If passed, this amendment would permanently change the constitution to remove majority rule for ballot measures, undermining the people's ability to determine policy in South Dakota. (Rush a donation to help us ensure this amendment does NOT pass. >>)

South Dakotans count on direct democracy as a tool to make real change in their communities when politicians fail to act. So now that this amendment is officially on the ballot, this is a major setback.

We’re sending support via our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign, but we need more resources to do that, team.

South Dakotans saw this measure for exactly what it is: an unconstitutional political ploy that would have unintended consequences for their state. So, they rushed to court hoping to keep it off the ballot — but team, now extremist officials in the state are doing everything they can to deny voters their day in court.

Will you rush a contribution to support our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign efforts so we can fast-track support to South Dakotans fighting for their right to a ballot measure process without red tape?
