We have some exciting news -- the filing deadline to run in the Democratic Primary for State Senate was yesterday and we are officially unopposed. That means that Darrin is the presumptive Democratic nominee for the State Senate in District 4! Who controls the Michigan Senate Chamber may well come down to this seat and we don't take that responsibility lightly.

This is going to be a competitive election. Four Republican candidates have filed to run against Darrin in the general election and while we don't know who our opponent is yet, we're planning to work as hard as possible to get Darrin's message out over the coming months leading up to the midterms next November. We need bold leadership in Lansing to represent the Belleville Area, Wayne, and Downriver.

We're already off to a good start, but we can't win this election without you. We're asking for your time and your financial support as we work to directly engage with voters.
