This webinar will provide an introduction to the legal requirements and bases for motions to reopen in front of the immigration judge or the BIA. We will discuss filing motions to reopen in absentia orders, motions based on asylum eligibility and motions based on ineffective assistance of counsel. This webinar requires basic understanding of removal proceedings and immigration relief.
