John,

In case you missed it, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against our client, Rev. Patrick Mahoney, and his right to pray with 20 or more people outside the U.S. Capitol.

But this fight is nowhere close to being over.

The Constitution states plain as day…

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”

And we’re going to keep fighting to protect the sacred meaning of those words – no matter how much time or money it takes.

But John, I need to know if I can continue to count on your help in this critical fight.

Will you pledge to keep standing for religious liberty in America?

"YES, I PLEDGE TO STAND FOR RELIGIOUS LIBERTY” >>

Our country is at a crossroads, John.

If the United States Capitol Police Board continue to get away with picking and choosing winners when it comes to who gets to exercise their First Amendment rights, then the words of our Founders have truly lost their meaning.

As it stands now, only permits for gatherings outside the Capitol are only being issued for protests or events approved by individual members of Congress.

That is untenable.

Big Government bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. treat the First Amendment as a useless ancient artifact unworthy of a display case at the Smithsonian.

We cannot allow them to get away with this.

That is why my team is pledging to continue the fight.

But we cannot move forward with you.

John – can I still count on you to help us fight for religious liberty?

“YES, I PLEDGE TO STANDFOR RELIGIOUS LIBERTY” >>

Sincerely,
