So, make friends with your calendar app.If people have regular check-ins, that’s how they don’t get ignored,” says Abby Kohut, owner of recruiting firm Staffing Symphony. “If your boss doesn’t schedule them, then I would try to ask your boss to schedule one for you.” The same approach extends to coworkers with whom you’re collaborating.
