While the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is bringing in $100,000 checks and million dollar transfers from the Nancy Pelosi Victory Fund to support their corporate candidates, we’re raising money from grassroots donors to support grassroots, progressive candidates.

And even though our fundraising is struggling this year, we will never take a check from a corporate PAC — because we’re fighting for the people, NOT corporations.

On April 6, we let you all know that we were facing a concerning downward fundraising trend this year. Since then, 1,438 donors have stepped up and chipped in to help us turn things around. Our average donation this month is just $19.76.

BUT, as of today, the midpoint of April, we’re still 6% behind last month’s fundraising pace. So, John, we have to ask: can you contribute $3 today to help fuel our primaries?

We’re less than 6 weeks from our next primary, and if we’re going to defeat candidates backed by the Democratic establishment, Big Pharma, Wall Street, fossil fuel companies, health insurance executives, and Republican mega-donors, we need everyone in our movement to step up.

The only way we can build support in Congress for Medicare for All and a Green New Deal is by electing more representatives like Jessica Cisneros, Summer Lee, Kina Collins, Rana Abdelhamid, and Odessa Kelly.
