BREAKING NEWS OUT OF IOWA:  Democrat Abby Finkenauer – who is running to defeat vulnerable GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley – appealed to the Iowa Supreme Court yesterday after national Republicans have desperately tried to kick her off the ballot!

Washington Republicans have tried not once but TWICE now with anti-democratic schemes to have Abby removed from the ballot – and it's because Sen. Chuck Grassley has never been more vulnerable. He's facing RECORD-LOW approval in Iowa, and a mere 27% of likely Iowa voters said they wanted to reelect him.

Abby can win, and if she does, Democrats are virtually guaranteed to hold the Senate majority. We're fighting back hard against this partisan attack, and to ensure the voices of Iowans are heard at the ballot box.
