John,
Over the past few years, we’ve seen Uber and Lyft spend millions of dollars to defeat workers in California. Now, they want to do the same thing in Massachusetts.
I have seen firsthand the lengths that Big Tech companies will go to in order to protect their profits — because I’ve stood up for their workers in court.
I’ve helped drivers sue Uber and Lyft to put money back into the pockets of the workers who are the backbone of these companies. We fought hard and we obtained important victories and significant recoveries for these workers.
But there’s so much more to do to hold Big Tech accountable and protect gig economy workers.
Massachusetts needs a fighter who will continue to stand up to corporations and protect workers without backing down. Will you chip in now so I can continue to fight for the people of Massachusetts as your next Attorney General?

With the millions of dollars they’ve spent trying to evade accountability, they could be providing a living wage, paid sick time, and family leave for their workers.
But these companies don't invest millions to support their workers, they do it to protect their profits.
Big Tech companies will stop at nothing to maintain their power and deprive workers of their rights.
We cannot let them use the same playbook they used in California to harm workers here in Massachusetts.
They are already investing enormous amounts of money to misclassify these workers instead of spending the money on critical benefits they’ve long needed to better their working conditions.
I will always defend working people. We need an Attorney General who has been a part of those fights and is ready to continue them.
Will you make a donation to help build our organizing program and bring the fight for working people to the Attorney General's office? [[link removed]]
